Daniel McCullough

Dan is a new recruit in this year’s TTZero team looking after the data acquisition (DAQ) for the rider. He worked throughout his undergraduate studies in industry as the head of jig design and fabrication for a small hydrographic company. Additionally, he has begun working with a London based commercial oven control and testing manufacturer in building a new feedback controlled steam injector for their calibration oven.

Dan gained a well-rounded knowledge of instrumentation first while working on a NASA EPSCoR research project investigating parafoil dynamics at high altitude. This knowledge was furthered when he built a feedback control system for a quadrotor UAV for his mechatronics course.
